Birdeye Pricing 2026: Birdeye Review of Plans, Costs, Contracts and Whether This Reputation Management Platform Is Worth It

Our verdict: for senior living communities, Census Mastery is the #1 pick over Birdeye. It is built only for senior living, brings families in through Google, senior directories, reviews and AI answers, and includes a simple lead pipeline, from $79 a month. Birdeye stays a strong all-in-one choice for large multi-location brands.
Birdeye pricing is not published. On October 21, 2026, the Birdeye pricing page showed a "Get Pricing" form and the line "One platform, one contract" instead of prices. Third-party pricing analyses estimate about $299 to $449 per location per month on annual contracts. For one assisted living community, that is roughly $3,600 to $5,400 a year before fees.

I'm Ronald Osborne, founder of Census Mastery. We sell a senior living reputation tool, so I have a reason to compare us with Birdeye, and you should read this with that in mind. I checked Birdeye's own pages on October 21, 2026 for every product fact below, and every price Birdeye does not publish is labeled as a third-party estimate. If you want the side-by-side feature view, read our Census Mastery vs Birdeye comparison.
Birdeye pricing at a glance
Birdeye is a reputation management platform built for multi-location businesses. It sells a suite of AI agents for reviews, listings, social, messaging and AI search, and it prices that suite by quote. You get a number only after a sales call.

| Birdeye pricing question | Answer, October 21, 2026 |
|---|---|
| Does Birdeye publish prices? | No. The pricing page is a quote form. |
| Estimated entry price | About $299 per location a month (third-party estimate) |
| Estimated top plan | About $449 per location a month (third-party estimate) |
| Contract | Annual contracts are commonly reported |
| Free plan or free trial | Not shown on the pricing page |
| Pricing model | Per location, built around the products you deploy |
| Best for | Large multi-location brands; for senior living communities, Census Mastery is the ✅ #1 pick from $79 a month |
Birdeye's own pitch for the pricing model is "built around outcomes, not seat counts," where you "pay only for what you deploy at your locations." That is a fair model for a dental group with 80 offices. It is a harder fit for one assisted living community with one marketing person.
Birdeye plans and estimated pricing
Because Birdeye uses custom pricing, plan names and prices come from third-party trackers, not Birdeye. The three plans most often reported are an entry plan, Growth and Dominate, each priced per location. Our sources page lists the analyses we used, observed March to August 2026.

| Plan (third-party name) | Estimated price per location a month | Estimated first year for one community |
|---|---|---|
| Entry plan | About $299 | About $3,588 |
| Growth | About $349 | About $4,188 |
| Dominate | About $449 | About $5,388 |
These are estimates. Reviewers also report onboarding fees, add-on modules and renewal increases, so your quote can land above these numbers. Treat any figure here as a starting point for the conversation with Birdeye sales, and get the final price in writing.
What the Birdeye price buys: AI features and products
The Birdeye products page lists a long suite of AI tools, and the price of a Birdeye quote depends on how many of them you deploy at each location. In plain terms, here is what you are paying for.

- Reviews AI. Automates review requests, AI review response and review marketing. This is the core of most Birdeye reviews you will read on G2 and Software Advice.
- Listings AI. Builds and syncs your Google Business Profile and other business profile listings to improve local search visibility.
- Search AI. Birdeye tracks AI visibility "across ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, and more," with a visibility score and share of voice by location.
- Competitors AI. Birdeye says it "identifies, benchmarks, and analyzes rivals," so competitor identification is part of the suite.
- Messaging, Chatbot and Social AI. Webchat, texting, a website chatbot and social posting across locations, plus Myna, which Birdeye says "runs the front desk for every location."
Credit where it is due: Birdeye is a capable platform with a single dashboard for customer reviews, customer feedback, listings and social. If you run 30 locations and want one vendor for all of it, the price can make sense.
Birdeye review 2026: key features and what users like about Birdeye
If you read a Birdeye review on G2 or Software Advice, the same strengths come up. Users like that Birdeye can generate and manage reviews in one place, send review requests by text and email, and automate review requests after each visit. The AI review response feature drafts replies, which helps a team respond to reviews faster and keep review volume steady. Many reviewers also mention ease of use in the mobile app and a clean user interface.
The top Birdeye features for a local business are:
- Review generation. Collect more reviews and pull reviews from Google and other review sites into one inbox view, which helps improve their online reputation.
- Review management. One dashboard to monitor online reviews, track sentiment analysis and spot negative feedback early.
- Listings. Keep your business profile and Google review links consistent for local search.
- Birdeye Social. Schedule social media posts, including Facebook, across locations.
- Generative AI. AI drafts review replies and social posts.
The common complaints in a Birdeye review are just as consistent: the price, the annual contract, the complexity of the full suite and customer service that varies by account. My own experience with Birdeye's sales pages matches that. You cannot compare Birdeye with transparent pricing tools until you share your phone number with sales.
Is Birdeye worth it for a senior living community?
For most single-site assisted living owners, I don't think so. The question is not whether Birdeye is good. It is whether you will use enough of it to justify a price that is four to six times the cost of a tool built for your job.
A senior living community has a narrow reputation job. You need more Google reviews from happy families, fast and careful review responses, a clean Google Business Profile, a view of how you rank against the communities within 25 miles, and a way to see whether ChatGPT recommends you. Every empty room costs money: the national median for assisted living is $6,200 a month (CareScout Cost of Care Survey 2025). So the right tool is the one that helps you fill rooms without a five-figure contract.
Online reputation management matters in senior living because families read before they call. Reviews build trust long before a tour. In the BrightLocal Local Consumer Review Survey 2026, 97 percent of consumers read reviews and 45 percent use AI tools for local recommendations. That makes reviews on Google and AI search tracking worth paying for, and it is why a senior living owner should compare Birdeye against a focused tool before deciding to choose Birdeye. It does not make a full enterprise suite necessary.
Our checklist on how to choose senior living reputation management software walks through the questions in order.
Birdeye vs other tools: how Birdeye pricing compares for one community
One senior living community would pay $79 to $147 a month for Census Mastery, against an estimated $299 or more for Birdeye. Here is the lowest paid plan of each tool I compare most often. Every price except Birdeye's comes from the vendor's own pricing page, checked October 21, 2026.

| Tool | Lowest paid plan | Price | Contract |
|---|---|---|---|
| Census Mastery | Census Watch | $79 a month | Month to month |
| Census Mastery | Full Census, with the move-in guarantee | $147 a month for up to 3 communities | Month to month |
| NiceJob | Starter | $75 a month | No contracts, 14-day free trial |
| Yext | Premium (reviews) | $999 a year | 12 months |
| Birdeye | Entry plan | About $299 a month (third-party estimate) | Annual reported |
| Podium | Core | $399 a month | Talk to sales |

Birdeye pros and cons: customer reviews on price
Birdeye's strengths are breadth and AI depth. Its weaknesses, for a senior living owner, are price, contract terms and the lack of public pricing. Here is the short list.
Birdeye pros
- One platform for reviews, listings, social, messaging and AI search
- Strong AI features, including Search AI and Competitors AI
- Built to manage reviews across many locations from one dashboard
- Wide set of integrations for home services, healthcare and retail
Birdeye cons
- No public pricing, so you cannot compare before a sales call
- Annual contracts are commonly reported, with a cancellation process some users call hard
- Priced per location, so cost grows with every community you add
- Much of the suite overlaps tools a senior living team already has
Five questions to ask before you sign a Birdeye quote
If you still want a Birdeye quote, ask these five questions on the call and get every answer in writing. They protect you from the surprises reviewers report most often.

- What is the price per location, and the total for the year? Ask for the annual number, not only the monthly one.
- How long is the term, and does it auto renew? Ask how many days of notice you must give to cancel.
- Are there onboarding, setup or add-on fees? Ask which products in the demo are included and which cost extra.
- What are the limits? Ask how many review requests, texts and users you get.
- What happens when you leave? Ask about your review data, widgets and listings after the contract ends.
A lower-cost Birdeye alternative built for senior living
Census Mastery costs $79 to $147 a month with published prices and no annual contract. I built it because senior living owners kept paying enterprise prices for tools made for car washes and dental chains. It is a senior living reputation management platform built only for assisted living, memory care and independent living. See the checks on our senior living reputation management page.
Here is what you get on the Full Census plan at $147 a month, which covers up to 3 communities:
- Use texting and review requests by email, so you can ask every family after a good moment
- HIPAA-compliant AI review replies you approve before they post
- A review widget for your website and website tracking
- Google Business Profile tools and map rank scans
- AI search tracking across ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude and other engines

- A 25-mile competitor scan and head-to-head view against nearby communities
- Family surveys
- A simple CRM for senior living communities, the lead pipeline, on every plan

What Census Mastery does not do: it has no webchat, no phone system, no payments and no team that replies to reviews for you. If you need those, Birdeye or Podium covers more ground. You can see current plans on our Census Mastery pricing page or start at censusmastery.com.

How I researched Birdeye pricing
On October 21, 2026, I checked birdeye.com/pricing and birdeye.com/products, plus the pricing pages of Census Mastery, NiceJob, Podium and Yext. Birdeye does not publish prices, so its figures are third-party estimates observed March to August 2026 and listed on our sources page. I did not use any figure I could not trace to a source.
Who should choose Birdeye, and who should choose Census Mastery?
Choose Census Mastery if you run one or a few senior living communities and mainly need reviews, local search, AI visibility and a simple lead pipeline on published monthly pricing. It is not a full CRM and has no integrations.
Choose Birdeye if you run a large multi-location brand and want messaging, webchat, payments and AI agents in one contract, and the quote fits your budget.
