Three ways to ask

  • By text, from a local number dedicated to your community, with STOP handling built in. 200 texts a month on Full Census, 500 on Waitlist.
  • By email, unlimited on Full Census and Waitlist, with unsubscribe, a suppression list, and a 30-day guard so nobody is asked twice.
  • At the front desk, with a QR code and a printable card that goes straight to the Google review box.

A direct review link for every site you are listed on

Google is not the only place a family looks. “Where families can leave a review” gives you one direct link per site you are listed on: A Place for Mom, Caring.com, Facebook, Google, Yelp, SeniorAdvisor and the rest, each with “Leave a review” and “Copy link.” Where the site has a write-a-review form the link opens it; where it does not, the listing page, and the card says which. Sites where the family must sign in to post are marked, so you never send a daughter to a dead end.

Automatic asks from the lead pipeline

Once a lead reaches the stage you pick (moved in by default), the survey goes out by email and text on its own after the delay you set. Each move-in is asked once. One-click review or survey requests from any lead card. Opt-outs respected everywhere.

No incentives, ever

Census Mastery never suggests offering an incentive for a review, which is against Google’s rules. Every family you send a review request to is asked the same way. The reviews you get are the reviews you earned, which is exactly why they work.

Two-way texting, replies as alerts

Every community on Full Census or Waitlist gets its own local number, matched to its address and set up automatically (allow up to 3 days before the first text goes out). Three kinds of message: the survey, the Google review link, or your own message, to one person or up to 200 at a time from a paste or a spreadsheet, with the family’s first name filled in. Families text back. Their replies land under “Recent messages” with a Reply button and raise an alert, so a question about a tour or a concern about a parent does not sit in a voicemail box.

The safety rules

Texting is switched on only while a valid, paid card is on file. When the month’s included texts are used, texting pauses until the first of the next month. Nothing is charged extra.

Why it matters

47 percent of people will not consider a business with fewer than 20 reviews. The fastest, cheapest, most legitimate way from 15 to 40 is to ask the families who already chose you.
