Surveys for senior living

Stars, yes or no, a choice from options, free text, any number of questions, each one required or not. The default “Quarterly family survey” comes ready to go and every question can be edited. A community can hold up to 12 surveys, each with its own questions and its own review destination for happy families: Google, any site you are listed on, a link of your own, or nowhere. Results, averages per question, and every individual answer, with the low ones flagged.

Assisted living family surveys

Up to 40 lists per community, up to 5,000 contacts each, built from a paste, a spreadsheet, or a survey’s outcome (answered, did not answer, 4 or 5 stars, 3 stars or fewer), so the next survey or message goes to exactly the right families. “Clean up” removes duplicates, unsubscribed emails, opted-out phones, bouncing addresses and empty rows. Send a survey to a whole list by email, in batches, or by text to up to 200 at a time. Each family gets their own link, so nobody is asked twice inside 30 days.

Senior living satisfaction surveys

A public page that works on a phone and needs no login. The family answers in a minute. On the thank-you screen, a family whose first stars answer was 4 or 5 is invited to leave a public review on the site that survey chose. A lower answer sees only the thank-you, so you hear first.

The same-day alert

A family that scores you a 2 on “communication with the family” is a family that is about to write it somewhere public. The alert lands in your “Deal with this” panel and your digest the day it happens. You call. You fix it, before it is written anywhere public.

The other reason to survey

When a family rates you 4 or 5 stars overall, they have already said the thing a review says. The thank-you screen invites them to leave a review while it is still warm, on Google or on whichever directory that survey points to, so you can fill the empty Caring.com page as well as the Google one. Lower scores come to you first.

What we collect, and do not

Survey answers live in your account and nowhere else. Census Mastery reads public pages and Google for everything else it does; the only family data in the system is what you enter in the lead pipeline, the enquiries families send from your website, and what families type into your surveys.

Why it matters

A complaint you hear first is a conversation. A complaint Google hears first is a headline that every future family reads. Surveys move the complaint from the second place to the first.
